Here's a picture of the rice crispy sushi I made for Shelby's birthday last night. It's super easy, fun to make and a perfect thing to bring to a party!
Ingredients:
- Your standard rice crispy treat recipe
- Swedish fish
- Fruit roll ups (I used "Fruit by the Foot", cut down the middle lengthwise into 4" strips)
Cut your rice crispy treats into small bite size pieces. Put a swedish fish on top. Wrap the fruit roll up around the entire treat. There ya go, easy peasy!!
