April March has been around for a while: the singer of the pop punk band The Shitbirds and as a solo artist singing cute pop tunes. The "norms" now know April March as the voice behind the song "Chick Habit" from Quentin Tarantino's movie Death Proof. I could be wrong here, but I don't think a lot of people know about this album: April March Sings Along with The Makers. It was released in 1997 (Jeez Luiz, has it been that long? I'm getting old) and it's her doing covers of The Makers, while they (The Makers) are her backing band. Click here to listen to a sample of each song.
